William G. (Geri) Eaton is a 11 year veteran of the real estate industry in north Florida and south Georgia. With over 12 years of experience, Geri has overseen all aspects of commercial real estate leasing, sales and management. Geri began his real estate career with SouthGroup Properties, Inc in Tallahassee, and Advantis Real Estate Services, LLC where he quickly earned the companies highest designation as Executive Director.
Geri has experience in both horizontal and vertical real estate development as well as all aspects of residential and commercial real estate management. As a co-founder of The Land Company Real Estate Services, LLC, Geri works closely with clients to assess needs, clarify goals and design comprehensive solutions for acquisition, disposition and management of real estate assets. His area of expertise includes office, retail, habitational, industrial, marina, and large acreage tracts along with leasing and tenant representation. Mr. Eaton’s experience in land sales includes recreational, timberland, residential development and commercial development tracts. He has overseen the acquisition and sales of tracts in excess of 60,000 acres.
Geri has served as president of the Tallahassee Lions Club and served on the board of the Salvation Army. He currently sits on the board of The American Red Cross where he serves as chair-elect and chairman of the building committee. He also served as sponsor chairman of the local Tallahassee Ducks Unlimited Chapter.
